Collective writing continues founded by the National academy of sciences of Ukraine in 2009 year series of annual reports on key issues of social and economic, social and political and cultural advancement of modern Ukraine.
Based on substantiveprovisions and conclusions of previous report «Social and economic Situationin Ukraine: Implications for Nation and State» in relation to problems, whichaccumulated during a previous decade, the National report of 2010 is a strategic andsimultaneously practical document, directed in the future. Its purpose is to outlineconceptual vision on the principally new course of realization in Ukraine of comingsto a head modernizing transformations, concrete tasks and mechanisms of theirrealization, formed by the national academic science.
