The project has been working on implementing the S&T agreement between Ukraine and the European Union from 2008 to February 2012 with concrete measures.

  The main results and achievements of BILAT-UKR, examples of tools for enhanced EU-Ukraine cooperation, and key issues will be presented. Four parallel sessions will take place:
1. European Neighbourhood Partnership Initiative for Ukraine and Regional Cooperation
2. Setting-up European Technology Platforms and Innovation programmes
3. Mobility Programmes and Infrastructures
4. National Contact Point Services
